Just when i'm getting over the great news about the Newburgh SPCA becoming a no-kill shelter. Along comes more great news for the residents of this area. The Animal Rights Alliance Aka TARA, A low cost Mobile Spay/Neuter Van will be coming to the local Walmart in Newburgh on Mondays. This will be starting on July 28.
